Sadly, this means I have to avoid the otherwise yummy-looking fruit salad at work as I discovered - by mistake - that it contains grapefruit! Fortunately, I didn't have any adverse affects and remembering that my consultant had previously considered increasing the dose made me a bit calmer about it all - but it was an unnecessary scare.
