To register for the database please follow this link and tick the relevant boxes.  We will treat all information received confidentially and will not pass your details to any third party unless we receive your permission to do so.

We will be in email contact to obtain any additional information for the register if needed.

We are very keen to build up a database of everyone who has Birdshot in the UK so that we can raise the profile of it, ensure appropriate funding is offered for those with Birdshot and understand the incidence and prevalence so that useful research for new treatments or prevention can be found.

We are not sure why but the registration process has recently had a glitch and not worked properly.  We think we have fixed the problem now  but if for any reason you can’t get it to work  please tell us know and we can always help.
